The participating artists in the Viva la Pepa Madrid Tango Festival 2025 event have provided various audiovisual materials for use in promoting the event. The artists retain full ownership rights to the material provided.
Modification, reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, and, in general, any other form of partial or total exploitation of the website is prohibited. These acts of exploitation may only be carried out with the express authorization of Viva la Pepa Tango and, in all cases, must explicitly reference the ownership of the aforementioned intellectual property rights. Improper or unauthorized use of the information contained on this website will give rise to the legally applicable actions of the rights holder and, where applicable, to the liabilities arising from such exercise.
Viva la Pepa Tango reserves the right to modify the content of the website without prior notice and without limitation, and declines any liability for any damages that may arise from the lack of availability and/or continuity of this website and the services offered therein.

General conditions of purchase and sale
These General Conditions of Purchase, considered prior to the process of
contracting, regulate the acquisition of tickets through the website vivalapepatango.com, property of Viva la Pepa Tango.
These General Conditions of Purchase must be supplemented by any other Conditions
Particular or specific contracting requirements that may be established in each case.
Viva la Pepa Tango may at any time and without prior notice, modify these conditions and
terms, by publishing such modifications on the Website, so that they can be known by the User before the online purchase of the tickets offered.
Therefore, the User, under his/her responsibility, must carefully read all the conditions,
on each occasion that you intend to purchase tickets through the Website.
The User declares that he or she is of legal age, in accordance with his or her national law, and that he or she has the necessary legal capacity to enter into contracts through the Website and, consequently, to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any applicable Specific Terms and Conditions. Regarding all of these conditions, the User declares that he or she is aware of, understands, and accepts them in their entirety.
Likewise, the User acknowledges and accepts that tickets purchased through the Website will be for personal use or consumption, in accordance with the regulations established by Viva la Pepa Tango, and the resale of tickets is expressly prohibited.
Registration Process and Role Balancing Policy
Viva la Pepa Tango will ensure a balanced distribution of roles in the registration process. The imbalance in the distribution of lead/follower roles among dancers will not exceed 5% of the total number of participants. Participants must submit their reservation requests through vivalapepatango.com.

Prices
The prices shown on the screen at the time of purchase are current, except for typographical errors.
They are set in Euros and include VAT according to applicable regulations.

Payment methods
Payment for tickets will be made by the means that will be detailed to the participants by email, once
that your pre-registration is matched with another request for the complementary role.
In general, these methods will be bank transfer, credit card and debit card, without
to the detriment of other payment methods that the organization may deem appropriate. The implementation of such other payment methods will be communicated to the User at the time of requesting payment.

Modifying entries
Once the purchase has been made, the only modification that can be made is to the participant’s identification, which can be done up to two weeks before the Event.
This change in name must be approved by the organization in accordance with the terms of sale and in compliance with the role balancing policy.
Cancellation of tickets
Purchased tickets may be returned within the timeframes and under the conditions indicated below.
In the case of tickets purchased as a couple, in order to maintain the balance of roles, the cancellation of one of the
tickets may result in the automatic cancellation of the other member of the couple. The organization will contact both members of the couple to confirm the cancellation.
Any refunds due will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Credit cards or electronic payment methods will not be credited to current accounts.
The minimum period from the date of purchase of the tickets until the date of payment of the cancellations
will be one calendar month, in order to minimize the risk of online payment fraud.
Until February 28, 2025 (two months before the Event): 80% of the amount will be refunded.
